Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. Plain and honest — no fine print games.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SummitForge Construction LLC (“SummitForge,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through summitforgeconstruction.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer your inquiry and run the site.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to you and prepare an estimate.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and the general device and browser used). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is reported to us in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Spam protection. To keep the contact form from being abused, we briefly process the IP address of each submission for rate-limiting. It is not used for marketing and is not retained for that purpose.

We do not collect payment information on this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and follow up about your project. We use analytics data to improve the website. That’s it.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site:

  • ·Resend — delivers your contact-form message to our inbox.
  • ·Google Analytics — measures aggregate site usage.
  • ·Vercel & Upstash — host the site and provide the spam-protection rate limiter.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & your choices

The site uses analytics cookies through Google Analytics. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google’s handling of analytics data is governed by its Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to respond and service your project, and analytics data for the period set by Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. To make a request, just contact us using the details below.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
